Paying privately for you care?
Clients who pay for their own care can relax in the knowledge that there are no hidden charges.
Our rates are as follows:-
Overnight Care provision
Mileage costs
Mileage for your appointments or social engagements is charged at £0.45p per mile and the journey is calculate on the actual route provided by Google Maps
Cancellations
Care provision is charged for if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, however if cancelled more than 24 hour before the call is due there is no charge.
If a client goes into hospital you will not be charged for their calls providing we are informed on the day.

- £19.80 per hour for all care services Monday to Sunday between 7am and 9pm
- £13.20 per half hour for all care services Monday to Sunday between 7am and 9pm
- £14.85 per 3/4 hour for all care services Monday to Sunday between 7am and 9pm
- Bank Holidays: £29.70 per hour / £19.80 per half hour / £22.28 per 3/4 Hour (Time and a Half)
- Christmas Day: £39.60 per hour / £26.40 per half hour / £29.70 per 3/4 Hour (Double Time)
Overnight Care provision
- Wake night: £165 from 9.30pm - 7am
- Sleep In: £130 from 9.30pm to 7am (with no more than 2 interruptions to sleep, more than this incurs a wake night charge)
