How do you pay for your care?
You may find that you are entitled to funding for care from Social Services, we can arrange an assessment to be carried out for you to see if you qualify.
Paying privately for you care?
Clients who pay for their own care can relax in the knowledge that there are no hidden charges.
Our rates are as follows
Standard Domiciliary Care Rate:

£34.00 per Hour
£29.00 per ¾ Hour
£25.00 per ½ Hour
Weekends
£36.00 per Hour
£31.00 per ¾ Hour
£27.00 per ½ Hour
Overnight Care provision
Sleeping Nights
(21.30 to 7.00am)
£150.00
Waking Nights
(21.30 to 7.00am)

Live In Care Rates
From £1240 per week
Mileage costs
Mileage for your appointments or social engagements is charged at £0.45p per mile and the journey is calculate on the actual route provided by Google Maps
Cancellations
Care provision is charged for if cancelled with less than 7 days notice, however if cancelled more than 7 days before the call is due there is no charge.
We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances resulting in emergency treatment at hospital or hospital admissions. When this occurs, we charge for any cancelled visits within the first 24 hours. To provide peace of mind, we recommend a retainer of 25% for further visits until your return home to keep your preferred times.
