Kirsten the founder has worked as a Trainer and Assessor in the Care industry for over 30 years, the last 19 years being a Manager, Trainer, Assessor and Administrator. Delivering only the best service for the companies clients whilst remaining confident that all of the companies compliance needs are also met.

Kirsten – Founder
Kirsten the founder of the company has worked as a Trainer and Assessor in the Care sector for over 30 years, the last 19 years being a Manager, Trainer and Assessor for adults working within Care in the community and within hospital settings.
Kirsten’s hobbies include, Poultry and Goat keeping and running a smallholding where she also gets her rest and relaxation time.

Dafydd – Co-Director
Dafydd joined Kirsten’s Care as Co-Director in 2019 following a full and successful career as an IT consultant in the energy Industry. His computer and logistical skills have assisted the smooth running of Kirsten’s Care from a technological approach.
Dafydd’s hobbies include Poultry keeping and tinkering with his and his families and work vehicles, air rifle shooting and vegetable gardening.

Sandra – Client Liaison Manager
Sandra Joined Kirsten’s Care early in 2020 as out Client Liaison Manager. Her role is invaluable in welcoming new clients and setting up suitable care packages and managing the ongoing support for our clients and their families.
Sandra’s Hobbies include looking after the homeless village stray cats and kittens and keeping everyone in the office supplied with emergency chocolate and all sorts of lovely treats with a magic bag just like Mary Poppins, because she is practically perfect in every way.

Marianne – Medication Administrator
Marianne joined Kirsten’s Care in 2020 with a sound background in Domiciliary Care administration. She has become out medication administrator and ensures that we are providing a safe and compliant service, using the most up to date legislation, and through the auditing of our medication administration she ensures that we are working efficiently and effectively. Marianne also manages repeat deliveries and ordering for some of our clients medication’s.
Marianne’s Hobbies include, her pet dogs, taxi driving her children across the county and spending time baking lovely sweet treats.

Claire – Quality Assurance Trainer
Claire is a qualified trainer in Health and social care and a qualified Nurse. She joined us in 2023 and leads on our staff and external training in all elements of Health and Social care.
In her spare time she loves looking after her pet Rabbits and travels to Sheffield regularly to visit her son who is at university. Claire is new to East Anglia and is still learning the beauty of our Suffolk lifestyle.

Hollie – Administrator
Hollie joined us in 2023 as an administrator and works part time. Hollie writes the client newsletter, assists everyone in the office and also looks after all the companies social media.
Hollie has a very young and active son and enjoys spending time with family, watching true crime and is always happy to get some rest with a toddler at her heels.

Rebecca – Field Care Supervisor
Bex joined us 4 years ago and ahs worked her way up through the company to Field Care Supervisor. She is our senior, senior carer and gets involved in all areas of care, supporting the team, new starters, On-call and is extremely knowledgeable about how Kirsten’s Care provides the best care for clients.
Bex enjoys socialising, outings, taking time with friends and family. She has a young family and is always busy whether at work or in her free time.

Lizzie – Care Co-ordinator
Lizzie joined Kirsten’s Care in 2023 as a carer and has since worked her way up to become Care Coordinator. In her role, Lizzie is responsible for organising the client rotas, making sure everyone receives the care they need, and being on-call to support both clients and staff. She is dedicated, approachable, and always happy to help.
Outside of work, Lizzie enjoys spending time with her little dog, baking, and indulging in some retail therapy. She loves keeping busy and making the most of her free time.

Louise – Care Co-ordinator
Louise lives near Norwich and has worked in care for over 20 years. She brings a Range of experience across many different areas of health and social care and is known for her vibrant, quirky character. Louise is deeply passionate about her role and takes great pride in making a positive difference through the care she provides.
In her spare time, Louise enjoys keeping active by training for running races and triathlons, as well as swimming. She also loves music, crafting, and learning new things. Away from work, Louise enjoys spending time with her partner, children, and family.
